Our Campus

The college has a vast and eco-friendly campus. The shady trees and beautifully layed out roads and flower gardens add beauty and lusture to the campus. It provides calm and peaceful atmosphere. It is indeed safe and secure for the women students, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.


The college has well constructed buildings divided into various blocks such as the Administrative Block, Block I, Block II, Block III and P.G. Block. The laboratories are spacious and well equipped. Other facilities available to the students are language lab, computer labs, internet facility in all the departments and e-learning rooms. Botanical and Herbal gardens too are well maintained.


The two storied J.M.J. Centenary Auditorium, gives great elegance and adds attraction to the campus. It can accommodate more than 2000 people. It is well made use of for the various function and celebrations in season and out of season. The college also provides other facilities such as a spacious and well maintained canteen, a well equipped gym, spacious play ground and mineral water plants. The prayer hall is made available for the use of faculty and students for their spiritual growth.


The library is a uniquely constructed edifice of the college, divided into various sections, providing storage and reading rooms, for different stages of students such as Intermediate, U.G., P.G. and M.C.A. There is an additional and separate library for M.C.A. The library houses forty five thousand books- …… journals both National and International … periodicals and C.Ds and D.V.Ds. The entire library is fully automated. All the books are computerized and its catalogue is made available for the staff and students. The software used for the automation for the library is NewGenLib. The open access system facilitates the quick and effective use of books by the students. Book Bank facility is a boon for the economically backward students to enable them to borrow more number of books for a long duration. Special care is taken for the SC, ST, BC and differently abled students. Under the N-list programme of INFLIBNET the staff and students can access to a number of e-journals and e-books. Reprographic and internet facilities are provided in the library to enable the students to have access to collect more information from the reference books and net browser.
